How do I book?

Pick your dates on the availability page, review the estimate, and send a booking request. We reply within 24 hours to confirm the dates are held, then send a payment link for the deposit.

What deposit is required?

A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Stays booked within 60 days of arrival are payable in full.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 90 days before arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Between 60 and 90 days the deposit is held as a credit for a future stay within 12 months. Under 60 days, 50% of the total is non-refundable.

Do you take a damage deposit?

Yes — a refundable damage deposit is held against your card on arrival and released after check-out.

Can I pay in a currency other than USD?

Rates are quoted in USD. We can discuss other currencies on request.

How many guests does the villa sleep?

Four en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests in comfort.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged — just ask.

Three nights in low season, rising to seven nights over Christmas and New Year.

Small celebrations can be agreed in advance in writing. Larger events may need additional staffing, so please tell us the details first.

Absolutely. The pool deck is not fenced, so we ask that children are supervised around the water at all times.

Pets are considered on request — tell us what you're travelling with and we'll confirm.

Which airport should I fly into?

Most guests fly into Anguilla (AXA) via Puerto Rico or St Maarten, or into St Maarten (SXM) and take the ferry or a short flight across.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. Send us your flight details and the concierge will arrange a private transfer to meet you.

Do we need a car?

We recommend one for exploring the island. We can arrange car hire to be waiting at the villa.

Can you arrange a private chef?

Yes — a private chef, in-villa dining, spa treatments and boat charters can all be arranged through the concierge.

Daily housekeeping six days a week is included. Additional service is available on request.
