Rates are per night in USD, for the whole villa (up to 8 guests). Minimum stays vary by season.

Included
- Daily housekeeping (six days a week)
- Wi-Fi, air conditioning and all utilities
- Fresh linens, towels and beach towels
- Welcome provisions on arrival
- Concierge service before and during your stay
Not included
- Cleaning fee of $250 per stay
- Private chef, transfers and excursions (arranged on request)
- Car hire and boat charters
- A refundable damage deposit, held against your card
Payment
- A 50% deposit confirms your dates, payable within 48 hours of the booking being agreed.
- The balance falls due 60 days before arrival.
- Bookings within 60 days of arrival are payable in full.
- We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival — deposit fully refunded.
- 60–90 days: deposit held as a credit for a future stay within 12 months.
- Under 60 days: 50% of the total is non-refundable.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
